Mindfulness for children
A Four Week Course for Children – age 5-11

Mindfulness is a skill anyone can learn, like riding a bike.
Mindfulness can help children understand how their brain affects their behaviour.
This is a four week course in which we will learn awareness with games,
breathing exercises and even mindful eating exercises.
From 4.15 to 5pm
